I specialise in using sound & touch to support clients on a shared, holistic journey to dynamic good health in mind, body and spirit. I’ve been working holistically with people full-time for 35 years.
At Gaia Natural Health I’m offering Sonic Tune Ups incorporating the Biofield Tuning method using tuning forks & other harmonious sounds and Holistic Massage therapy - comprehensive treatments using deep tissue and relaxing massage techniques and hot stones massage to release and ease tight muscles and soothe the spirit.
Coherent sound waves produced by tuning forks are introduced into the biofield or aura that surrounds the human body. By both gently combing through the field with the tuning forks and also applying the targeted sound to the fully clothed body, we regulate this dissonance by entraining the body back to harmony, inducing deep, targeted relaxation. When we allow ourselves to be fully present within our body and to dive deeply into the beauty of the tones, we can be brought home to ourselves. I know from my experience that the effects can be cumulative with subtle shifts that may bring about long-term change.
I particularly enjoy using the Biofield Tuning method as each session is a shared, beautiful journey opening the space for flow and activating our greater potential for wholeness. Afterwards, people often report feeling profoundly relaxed, energised & more focused. If you’d like more information or to book a session, please get in touch by email or on my website.
Looking forward to it!

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is a deep form of soft tissue work that combines conventional massage therapy with more advanced techniques such as myofascial release, soft tissue release, neuromuscular techniques, and muscle energy techniques. It is used regularly within sports to prevent injury, enhance performance, and aid recovery. However, these are benefits that we can all enjoy, regardless of fitness level, because these techniques are also effective in treating many day-to-day problems such as repetitive strain injuries, sprains, tension and fatigue.
Swedish Massage
Massage can have profound effects on our health. It improves circulation, releases muscles, aids digestion and, by stimulating the lymphatic system, speeds up the elimination of waste products. These direct benefits, combined with the psychological benefits of feeling cared for and nurtured, quickly produce a marvellous feeling of well-being.
