Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are the terms and conditions upon which we make the website available to you and any of our services which are accessible on or via Gaia Natural Health. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and Gaia Natural Health Services.

1. Products

1.1 All products as depicted on our website (as may be varied from time to time) are available almost everywhere in the UK.

1.3 All products are subject to availability. 

1.4 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.

1.5 Products are dispatched within 48 hours and the next day if possible, however this may take longer during busier periods.

2. Prices

2.1 Prices listed within Gaia Natural Health include VAT.

2.2 Product prices exclude delivery.

2.4 Product prices for items requiring delivery outside of the UK exclude any import charges.

3. Orders / Payment

3.1 You will be given clear instructions to navigate the order process and will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.

3.2 We accept payment through PayPal

3.3 By clicking on the ‘check out’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on Gaia Natural Health site.

3.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

4. Delivery

4.1 Except where stated, Standard Delivery is 3-5 days, and a charge will be applicable within the UK & the EU. If you request delivery to areas which are not normally delivered to by Gaia Natural Health you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible upon receipt of your order.

4.2 Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas – where possible we will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order.

4.3 Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, orders will be dispatched as soon as possible on the next working day.

4.4 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.

4.5 Please note that the carrier is only responsible for delivering to the address you quote, we regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return item(s).

4.6 In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide at the time of placing your order.

5. Cancellation/Refund

5.2 We regret that you may not cancel an order for: (i) perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or (ii) made to order goods if as at the time you seek to cancel, the made to order process has begun.

5.3  You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.

5.6  Refunds are normally processed within 5-7 days of receipt of goods at our shop.

While our goods are packed carefully to ensure they arrive as when they left us, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged in transit. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, please do contact us so that we can arrange a replacement (where possible), or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the damaged goods in question within 72 hours of receipt of the goods if possible. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount excluding delivery within 5-7 days.

Non Delivery

While we do everything we can to make sure our goods are delivered, sometimes mistakes do happen and deliveries don’t turn up. If we fail to deliver your order (i.e. if your item have not arrived within 48hrs of their intended delivery date) Please contact us so that we can investigate further. If we offer you a refund, we will refund you the full amount within 5-7 days.


Please understand that due to the nature of some of our products, we are unable to accept returns on some items. We offer customers refunds or replacement if the item/s are not delivered to an acceptable quality, as detailed above. 

6 Complaints

6.1 In order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1-3 working days of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

7 General

7.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Gaia Natural Health website from time to time. We will post any changes and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access Gaia Natural Health website. Changes will be effective five (5) hours after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.

7.2 We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act 1998 (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time). We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and as stated in our Privacy Policy.

7.3 A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists apart from that Act.

7.4 In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.

7.5 Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
