Convenient and effective, tinctures are created by extracting and preserving the effective components of plants in a mixture of water and alcohol.
It is essential that the herb used is of the highest quality and those endorsed by Gaia are organic or wild-crafted and supplied in tinctures of 1:3 to 1:5 parts herb-to-liquid in 25%-60% alcohol unless otherwise stated. Our tinctures are supplied in 100ml bottles. If you would like a different quantity, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Please note that the sale of certain Herbs and Tinctures has been affected by the new EU Directive on Herbal Medicine (THMPD) from April 30th, 2011.
