Delivery:
- We send via Royal Mail.
- Delivery within the UK is £5 with free delivery for orders of £50 and above
- Delivery within Europe is £8. (Please note: You will be responsible for payment of any import duties relevant to the country of delivery.)
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We aim to send your order out as soon as possible and delivery can take 3-5 days. This may take longer during busier times so please ensure you place an order in good time. We do not process orders over the weekend or bank holidays. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Returns:
Web orders: If you’d like to return your item for any reason, we will refund you in full for items purchased through our website, provided the item is sent back to us within 28 days, unopened and packaging still intact. Please provide proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
- Please include your name and address so we know who to refund.
- If you’d like to exchange your item, please write us a note and we will exchange it for you if we can.
- We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days when we are very busy.
